At Infinite Vumisa Agro (IVA), we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps and procedures to make it right.

Returns Process

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@infinitevumisa.com. Provide your order number, purchase details, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Infinite Vumisa Agro (IVA), except in cases where the item is defective, or the wrong item was received.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@infinitevumisa.com for exchange instructions.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
